Introduce LightMemberOriginForCompiledElement which holds logic for finding corresponding decompiled declaration
ByJvmSignatureIndexer stores the required information while building decompiled text

Some are unsolved in this commit:
   - constructors
   - @Jvm* and other unregular generated members
   - annotation methods
