Alternative sysvinit file for puma. Tested on Debian/Ubuntu but this should work for all Debian based distros. Make sure you have the `puma` gem installed and `puma.rb` in `/home/git/gitlab/config/`.

Get `gitlab-puma` in your `/etc/init.d/` directory:
