Julien Lengrand-Lambert 2c0ec72fdb Wepage is now dynamic and refreshes every second.

In the future, the refresh timeout should be larger to avoid flooding the server.

But for now let's keep it that way.

Next step is to create a production branch for the code to be actually sent to the server
