Most of modifier diagnostic is expressed by REDUNDANT_MODIFIER, INCOMPATIBLE_MODIFIERS, REPEATED_MODIFIER, WRONG_MODIFIER_TARGET, WRONG_MODIFIER_PARENT. Six new tests were added to check deprecated syntax detection.
