New method: `RefasterCollectionTestUtil#validateTemplateCollection`. This can verify that all Refaster templates from a given template collection are covered by at least one test and that the match rewrites code in the correct test method. Introduce the following modules: - `refaster-runner` - `refaster-test-support`
