Otherwise, new clean builds fail with error:
```

> Failed to notify project evaluation listener.
> com.android.builder.errors.EvalIssueException: [CXX1300] CMake '3.18.1' was not found in SDK, PATH, or by cmake.dir property.
> The androidx.inspection plugin requires release build variant.
