Robert Stoll d0de536750 use MethodCallFormatter from components instead of CoreFactory 
moreover:
- deprecate newMethodCallFormatter in CoreFactory
- introduce a descriptionProvider for Feature and FeatureWithCreator
  in api-infix.
  - deprecate the usage of `description` accordingly
