- Add currentSessionBatchState prop to show Auto Run UI only for active session
- Header AUTO button, RightPanel progress, and ThinkingStatusPill are now
  session-specific; only the left panel badge shows across sessions
- Fix stop Auto Run from header button (was showing double confirmation)
- Rename confirmation message to "Stop Auto Run" instead of "batch run"
- Add file watching for Auto Run folder to detect external changes
- Track usage stats for synopsis generation in history entries
- Update tests for session-specific batch state behavior
